On Jan. 26, SweetPea, Shelia and I enjoyed lunch at China Garden Buffet. Then I took SweetPea to McD's to play at the inside playland where she enjoys playing with several friends. For supper, she and I enjoyed eating at Ham's and seeing Scooby. The next day, I had a coupon and got my haircut at Great Clips. Jan. 28, SweetPea and I went to see Hotel For Dogs. That was really a good movie! The next day, it was time for my car to be inspected and the oil changed. SweetPea and I enjoyed lunch at McD's and she was able to spend time with her friends. She met a new friend, 3 yr old Savanah.
Feb. was a busy month. Joan had an appointment with Dr. Plunkett on the 2nd. On the 3rd, I was able to take SweetPea to gymnastics and Kindermusik. She really enjoys those activities.On Feb. 5, Joan had to see Dr. Bush and then go get groceries. The next day, Betty treated me to China Garden Buffet and I put gas in her car and ran some errands for her. On the 7th of Feb., SweetPea and I enjoyed the Valentine Banquet at Church. She got to go play with some friends in the old Sanctuary and I was able to see the movie Fireproof. It was a good movie and I hope a lot more people will take the time to see it. It is a wakeup call.
On Feb. 12, Joan and I had lunch at the Dairy Bar, then I took her to therapy and then we went to Big Lots.

December, wow!
On the 7th, it was a blessing to surprise my Sunday School Class with Angel datebooks plus a nice hardback book which was humorous. The next day was busy, as I picked up Betty's diabetic supplies, took J&E for groceries, picked up Monkey from ps, then SweetPea went with me to Ham's to eat and she saw Santa. Then I took her to McD's so she could play with some of her friends in the inside play place. On the
10th & 11th, we celebrated Christmas in Apex with the girls Uncle who lives in Florida. We also exchanged gifts with the other Uncle and their grandparents, too.
On the 12th, I managed to get some C. cards in the mail to my family and friends who live away. That was also the day I found out my son was safely home after serving in Afghanistan. On the 14th, we went to our Christmas program at church and the social where we got to see Santa again. The next evening, SweetPea and I went to eat at Ham's and this time she enjoyed seeing Sponge Bob. On the 18th, I took my property tax payment up to the tax office. What a good feeling to have it paid early! The next day, I took SweetPea to play at McD's and my friend, Carol stopped by to give me a C. gift. It was photo coasters and ornaments. On the 21st, we were blessed to hear the Cantata and then attended our Silent Lord's Supper that night. Christmas Eve, we had a delicious meal and exchanged our gifts and I spent the night with my granddaughters. The next morning, we were surprised to find two kittens left there by Santa on the floor near our stockings that were stuffed . New Year's Eve found us at Zaxby's for lunch. What a yummy way to end the year!

Nov & Dec were busy months
It was in Nov. that I was blessed to go to Zaxby's with the family, that was on the
1st and then on the 5th, we were able to go to SweetPea's soccer banquet which was held at our local Pizza Inn. That was yummy and the boys and girls got trophys. Betty & I went to Chapel Hill on the 6th for her dental appointment. The 8th found us in Myrtle Beach, SC where we enjoyed some delicious CiCi's Pizza. On the 9th, we enjoyed a nice meal at Fudrucker's. We also enjoyed the beautiful beach and relaxing in the hotel.We were able to go shopping at Barefoot Landing, lunch at Zaxby's, Broadway at the Beach on the 10th and supper at Quizno's. The next day, we headed home and stopped for lunch at Chick Fil A in Aberdeen. On the 12th, we went to Golden China for dinner before church. Monkey's friend came home with her after school so she was with us. The next day, Betty and I went to the Golden Corral after her Dr. appoinment. On the 22nd, we got to celebrate Monkey's other friend's mother's b'day at the King China Buffet. San Felipe was the place we chose to celbrate a special birthday a little early after church on the 23rd. The next night, SweetPea and I enjoyed eating at Ham's where we saw Mickey Mouse. Thanksgiving Day was extra special as we were in Apex at the home of SweetPea & Monkey's Grandma & Grandpa.
